Activity Tables

McCourt Manufacturing is proud to offer our customers the product of classroom furniture. Activity tables provide a various choice in table shape selection to better enhance a child’s learning experience. ErgoStack chairs are molded for a proper sitting posture and are available in 10 different colors! Play & Feed tables are perfect for daycares and nurseries with each seat that holds children up to 55 pounds. NapTime cots that are stackable and maneuverable for ease in storage.

These tables are made from durable 1 1/4" thermofused melamine top and backer sheet that helps prevent warping. McCourt activity tables come in a variety of table top shapes and colors. Classrooms within early education benefits greatly in the use of seating arrangements to best fit a teaching style or learning exercise. Edges are cushioned with polyethylene T-mold banding. Customers have the choice between two leg height options:

• Low Leg adjusts top height from 15 1/2” to 22 1/2”
• High Leg adjusts top height from 22 1/2”to 31 1/2”
• Both adjust in one inch increments with swivel glides

Some tables can be equipped with folding / adjustable legs, give us a call for availability. All our activity tables come with a 1 year limited warranty.

ErgoStack Chairs

 

Our ErgoStack chairs focus on the design for proper sitting posture to increase the performance toward work activities. These seats are polypropylene molded in a design for enhance back support creating less body fatigue. Available in 10 different seat color options to fit any decor.

The frame is made from full hard steel tubing which is electrically welded for durability. The chair feet are injection molded with high quality nylon glides and each rivet are Zinc plated to resist rust. ErgoStack chairs are available in different sizes to offer a best fit for comfort. The shell of the chairs is available in various colors with the frame having a black powder coat finish. Customers can expect a full 1 year warranty for this product.

 

Play & Feed Tables

 

These tables are perfect for daycares and nurseries because the bucket seat helps infants to maintain a steady yet proper height. Having a sturdy 12 point leg system of 1” 16 gauge steel tubing, provides reliability in the child’s safety. Feet and fastener makes it even more secure in holding each bucket seat in place. The seats are extra large for children up to 55 lbs, polypropylene plastic injection molded equipped with seat belts and can be lifted out for cleaning. Tabletop surface is 1 ¼” thermofused melamine with black polyethylene trim edge. All table tops have a semi circular cutout in the center of the seat arc pattern for a care giver to have easy and full access to each child. Table tops are available our different selection of colors, seat colors can be in red, blue, or yellow while the frame is in Gloss Black powder coat finish. A full 5 year limited warranty is included with each Play & Feed table.

 

NapTime Stacking Cots

 

These are Industry Standard Day Care Cots, in the color of Royal Blue with a Virgin Polyester open-weave fabric. The cover also contains a Nylon double stitched on full perimeter for extreme durability. The main benefit of McCourt’s Cots is the option of a 2” polyethylene ball caster. This caster option consists of nylon inserts in each of the four cot corners that allow a stack of up to 30 cots to be easily rolled for storage. These cots are load tested to 200 pounds static load, to maintain durable use; however McCourt do not suggest standing, jumping or falling onto the cots for your safety. Each NapTime Cot has a full 5 year limited warranty to guarantee customers in having a quality product.
