NapTime Cot Specifications
Main Frame
7/8” diameter x 16 gauge galvanized steel tubing with squared ends to fit cot corners.
Cover
Virgin Polyester open-weave fabric of Blue color. Nylon double stitch on full perimeter for extreme durability. Heavy duty brass grommets with 24” polypropylene drawstring included.
Cot Corners
Injection molded high impact polypropylene for no-marring of surfaces and good wear resistance. Blue in color and shaped for sturdy stacking.
Caster Option
A 2” polyethylene ball caster with nylon insert in cot corners allows a stack of up to 30 cots to be easily rolled to and from storage. Set of 4 cot corners with casters sold separately.
Testing
Cots have been static load tested to 200 pounds with no permanent bar deformation. However, we recommend a maximum occupant weight of 85 lbs distributed on cot.
Weight and Size Dimensions
Assembled cot size is 21” W x 52” L x 5” H and weighs 7 pounds.
Stack pitch is 2 1/4”. Stack of 30 measures 77.5” tall. A cot with casters measures 7.5” high making a stack of 30 80” tall.
Sold only in cartons of 6. Ships by ground delivery.
Unassembled carton: 6” x 10” x 49”, 45 lbs.
Assembled carton: 18” x 22” x 53”, 48 lbs. at oversize rate.
Guarantee
NapTime Cot has full 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. McCourt Manufacturing will repair or replace (at our option) at no charge; customer assumes all freight charges.
